Were looking for Talent Management Intern to be placed at Wisma Indah Kiat, Alam Sutera.
Job responsibility:
- Assist in maintaining master data of assessment
- Prepare and follow up assessment process with related parties
- Assist in handling administrative tasks related to Talent Management & Assessment report
- Support all project in Talent Management & Assessment Center
Job Requirements:
- Final year students with no classes to attend and fresh graduates with mininum Bachelors Degree in Psychology / Human Resource / Management / any related fields are welcomed to apply
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in data analysis is a plus
- Strong teamwork and analytical thinking skills
- Working arrangement: WFO, Monday-Friday, 08.00-17.00 WIB
- Placement: Wisma Indah Kiat (Alam Sutera)
- Duration: 6 months
