IT Hardware Management

About the roleAsaba Group is seeking an experienced Hardware Management Staff to play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising the companys hardware infrastructure. As a fulltime employee based in our Jakarta office, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and efficiency of our hardware systems, contributing to the overall success of our Information & Communication Technology operations.

What youll be doing

• Manage and maintain the organisations hardware assets, including servers, workstations, and peripherals

• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades to keep hardware functioning at optimal levels

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues in a timely manner to minimise disruptions

• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and implement hardware upgrades and replacements

• Maintain detailed records of hardware inventory, maintenance, and repair activities

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on hardware-related matters

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in hardware technologies

What were looking for

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hardware management, maintenance or technical support role

• Strong understanding of computer hardware system, hardware components, including servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals

• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware-related problems

• Familiarity with hardware maintenance and repair procedures

• Experience with hardware inventory management and asset tracking

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic English. both written and spoken, will be an advantage 

• Placement in Jakarta
