IT Office Support
Responsibilities :
Oversee daily technical support operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Serve as an escalation point for complex technical problems.
Supervise and optimize the use of in-house desktop monitoring systems to minimize downtime.
Generate reports on system uptime, incidents, and performance trends based on monitoring data.
Coordinate with IT infrastructure and development teams to implement system updates and improvements.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Information System/Information Technology or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience experience in IT Support or related field
Strong expertise in Linux system administration and desktop troubleshooting.
Familiarity with in-house monitoring systems or experience implementing monitoring tools.
Experience in team coordination and technical documentation.
Excellent communication, and project management skills.
