IT Operation & Delivery
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Delivery and Operation Leader to join our Strategic Workforce Solutions division. This role will be responsible for leading field teams, managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring quality service delivery, and strengthening collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage field operations teams across client sites.
Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and counseling to improve team performance.
Ensure smooth delivery of outsourced IT workforce in alignment with client requirements.
Build and maintain strong communication with client PICs at each site.
Identify and explore new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure high service quality.
Create and submit regular operational and performance reports.
Collaborate closely with the Human Capital team to ensure workforce availability and compliance.
Support business growth through service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in operations or outsourcing.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven experience in managing client relationships, especially in a field-based environment.
Familiarity with workforce delivery, outsourcing operations, or IT staffing is a strong advantage.
High initiative, result-oriented, and solution-focused.
Willing to work on-site and mobile as needed.
