IT Staff

Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree of Informatics Engineering/Computer Engineering.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience as IT Staff.

3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

4. Have a good understanding of operating systems, computer network and hardware.

5. Have good troubleshooting and problem solving skills related to IT issues and problems.

6. Willing to work in Kemayoran - Central Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Provide troubleshooting and maintenance of network systems (LAN/WAN, router, switch, firewall, CCTV, VPN).

2. Manage and monitor physical and virtual servers (Linux/Windows Server).

3. Manage NAS storage devices, including data backup and restore.

4. Monitoring VPS and cPanel/WHM.

5. Manage network and system security monitoring, and ensure data protection.

6. Providing technical support to users (helpdesk) onsite and remote.

7. Prepare technical documentation and IT system maintenance reports.
