Receptionist (OUTSOURCE)

Qualification:  

  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school (SMA/SMK).

  • At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in customer service.

  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written); strong interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in computer use and office applications (MS Office, email, etc.);

  • Familiar with phone systems.

  • Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor; ability to work under pressure and multitask.

  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming invoices and generate corresponding receipts.

  • Answer incoming phone calls and connect callers to the appropriate users.

  • Greet guests, inform relevant personnel, and coordinate the arrangement of meeting rooms.

  • Deliver documents to the lobby, distribute them to users within the office, and reserve meeting rooms as needed.

  • Monitor and manage pantry inventory levels.

  • Participate in stocktaking activities, including photographing items and submitting records for fixed assets.
