IT Support

Job Responsibilities

• Design for social media, website banners, catalogs, and digital campaigns

• Support website content updates and page design layouts

• Provide technical assistance for all IT Services at school (Hardware, Network and Software)

• Always involved in providing IT support for all school events

• Ensure all administrative activities related to IT inventory are always managed.

• Perform maintenance routine activities for the entire IT infrastructure school according to a predetermined schedule. And can manage teamplay with third parties when needed.

Personal Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Art, Information System or related field

• Familiar with Microsoft Windows Environment (Active Directory, Application Server, Windows client, and any other Microsoft products/services, etc.)

• Having Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues (.

• Experience min. 3 years in graphic design and IT support

• Have strong English verbal and written

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with cross-functional departments

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
