IT System Development Junior Executive (Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs and requirements analysis from users;

• Design and develop new features for the company application;

• Integrate projects into company systems;

• Perform system testing and deploy to the production environment;

• Manage and maintain the company application, including maintenance, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, regulatory updates, data backup and restoration, and necessary adjustments;

• Collaborate with business analysts to design and develop applications;

• Develop technical documentation, including software development guidelines and user manuals

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field;

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in the IT field, particularly in web-based application development;

• Experience in managing both SQL and Non SQL company databases;

• Proficient in .NET, Apache, PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and front-end languages;

• Strong communication skills
