Java Lead Developer

• Conduct technical analysis of application/system requirements related to PAM JAYAs business processes.
• Design the overall system architecture, including database structure (table and relationship design), functionalities, and user interface for applications and/or systems developed internally by PAM JAYA.
• Develop additional interfaces with third-party applications as needed to support PAM JAYAs business processes.
• Build interfaces between applications/systems to maintain the integrity of PAM JAYAs overall information system.
• Create technical documentation for internally developed applications and/or systems, and ensure the documentation is regularly updated to reflect any changes.
• Develop test scenarios and perform application testing in collaboration with other units within the Information Technology division and end users, including both unit testing and integration testing.

• Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in developing applications and systems related to information systems.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical lead role, overseeing development teams or leading system/application development initiatives.
• Must have completed a minimum of three (3) projects involving the development of complex applications or systems—not limited to payment or e-commerce platforms.
• Must hold a Bachelors degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering , or another relevant technical field.
• Experience should focus on enterprise-level applications such as inventory systems, billing systems, asset management systems, document management systems, or other similar platforms used in public service or large organizations.
• Front-end development skills must include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with React or Vue.js.
• Back-end development expertise must include Java.
