The essential responsibilities of the incumbent include:

• Responsible for providing property marketing and leasing services for the managed portfolio
• Handle negotiation for new leases, renewals or terminations
• Prospect for new tenants and conduct market surveys to source for new and suitable tenants
• Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion; update leasing reports and schedules
• Liaise with the Landlord / Clients representatives on all leasing matters including reports, seeking approvals and feedback
• Conduct site visits and inspections from time to time
• Preparing summary and updates for the management meeting
• Any other roles/duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

• Degree / Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Leasing, Property Management, Business or equivalent

Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Possesses a CEA Salesperson License
• Possesses excellent customer service, negotiation, interpersonal, and written skills
• Possesses positive work attitude, drive, and resilience to meet job challenges
• Ability to multi-task effectively and work independently
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word PowerPoint etc.)
