Leasing Manager (Premium Office Tower)

Adecco Group is currently supporting one of our Premium Office Tower Clientin their search for Leasing Manager that will be placed in their Central Jakarta.

What will you do?

• Work as a key member of an Office Marketing and Leasing team, to identify, engage, and successfully secure key multinational clients seeking premium office space in central Jakarta

• Assess client needs and propose ideal and creative solutions to those needs, while maximizing business performance and results.

• Prepare and present client presentations, proposals, financial calculations; conduct lease negotiations and renewals.

• Conduct ongoing in-depth research and develop a strong knowledge of local office market trends, activity, performance, and practices, and report your findings to team members.

• Develop and maintain ongoing strong client relationships

If you are someone who:

• Bachelor/Masters degree in Marketing or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience of Office Leasing as landlord or agent

• Has strong knowledge related to office leasing

• In depth knowledge and understanding of local real estate laws, standards, and market practices

• Proactively develop and implement strategies to achieve objectives, rather than just waiting for instructions.

• Willing to WFO in Central Jakarta.
