Requirement :
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Law; licensed advocate is a plus.
At least 10 years of experience in legal roles, preferably with a mix of in-house and law firm background.
Experience in mining Industry
Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law specially export & import regulation
Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
Job Desc :
Provide legal advice on corporate and regulatory matters, including permits, compliance, and licenses.
Handle and review agreements related to vendors, consultants, suppliers, office leasing, procurement, and service contracts.
Preparation of bilingual cooperation contracts and understanding of the business process of mining and trading and shipping Coal
