Requirements:

  • Male/Female

  • Bachelors degree in Law

  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience, manufacturing background is a plus

  • Good understanding of business law, licensing procedures, and industrial regulations in Indonesia

  • Detail-oriented and strong administrative skills

  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office

  • Willing to be placed in Kendal

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the companys compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

  • Safeguard the companys interests by identifying and mitigating legal risks

  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and MoUs
