Production Manager Manufacturing (Jepara Based)

Responsibilities :

• Supervise the overall production process to ensure that quality, quantity and production timing are met

• Be responsible for all production equipment used, particularly regarding maintenance to ensure that equipment can be used efficiently throughout the production processes

• Report production activities on a regular basis

• Ensure the development of employees skills that support the companys production processes

• Be accountable for everything that happens during the production processes from start to finish

• Create innovations and new plans to develop production, especially to enhance quality and standards

• Control the flow the process from raw materials starting from the initial productions phase to finished products while increase production

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related fields

• Has 5 years of experience in Manufacturing with 3 years in a managerial position

• Preferably experienced in furniture/cushion

• Capable of creating production schedules

• Understanding of quality standards in the production industry

• Has a good communication in English both verbal and written

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
