About the role

We are seeking a talented Machine Rotating Engineer to join our dynamic team at PT. Achivon Prestasi Abadi. As a Machine Rotating Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our rotational equipment, such as turbines, compressors, and generators. Based in our Tangerang, Banten office, this is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional development and growth.

What youll be doing

  • Designing, overseeing, and troubleshooting the installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating machinery
  • Conducting vibration analyses, balancing, and alignment to optimise the performance of rotating equipment
  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimise downtime and maximise equipment lifespan
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve mechanical issues
  • Providing technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in rotating equipment management

    • What were looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of rotating machinery
  • Proficient in the use of vibration analysis, alignment, and balancing tools and software
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
