Marketing Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) including engange with the prospect to facilitate this conversion.
  • Following up on inbound leads.
  • Setting up physical visits/ meetings with Accounts Executive.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Technical proposal preparation.

Qualification

  • Diploma and above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Fresh Graduate welcome to apply.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven track of pre-sales/consulting sales experience.
  • Experience in Solution Sales Selling.
  • Experience in test equipment & measuring tool field.
  • Team Player with strong technical and communication skills.
  • Service-oriented with good command of spoken and written English.
  • Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
  • Good Interpersonal, Organization, Presentation, and Communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and hard working.
  • Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • Engineering expertise
  • Proficiency in Sales/Retail Solutions
  • Strong Lead Generation capabilities
  • In-depth understanding of Sales Processes
  • Excellent Networking and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Proven ability in Upselling strategies
