About the role

Locca Sea House, a dynamic hospitality group in Bali, is seeking a talented Marketing Executive Banquet to join our growing team. As a Marketing Executive Banquet, you will play a vital role in shaping the marketing and events strategy for our prestigious banquet facilities, ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences for our clients. This is a full-time position based in the vibrant city of Bali.

What youll be doing

  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our banquet services and drive bookings
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and target potential clients, creating tailored marketing campaigns
  • Organising and executing high-profile events, conferences, and functions to showcase our banquet capabilities
  • Managing all aspects of event planning, including venue coordination, catering, entertainment, and logistics
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and enhance our service offerings
  • Producing engaging content, such as brochures, social media posts, and website updates, to promote our banquet facilities
  • Continuously monitoring and evaluating the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to drive strategic decision-making

    • What were looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing or event management role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of the local Bali market and experience in event planning and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Creative flair and a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in using marketing and event management tools, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and event management software
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is essential
