• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry

• Can read working drawings and calculate volume and progress of work

• Have a minimum 3 years work experience as a Field Supervisor

• Accustomed to making daily and weekly work plan

• Mastering Field Technical work

• Fluent in ENGLISH is a MUST

• Able to work in a team and independently

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and safety regulations

• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents

• Based in Bali or willing to relocate

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and timelines

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

• Monitor safety and quality control standards on site

• Manage materials, tools, and equipment inventory

• Report progress and resolve issues in real-time to the project manager
