Tattoo Shop Manager

Canggu Ink Club is hiring two full-time Tattoo Shop Managers to lead daily operations at our high-energy, fast-paced tattoo shop in Canggu. Youll be the heart of the shop — working closely with clients, supporting artists, and keeping everything running smoothly from open to close.

This is a front-facing role that combines organisation, creativity, and strong communication. If you love tattoos, people, and staying on top of details, this role is for you.

🧍 Client Experience

• Welcome clients and ensure they feel comfortable and informed

• Match clients with the right artist based on style and request

• Provide guidance on tattoo designs, processes, and pricing

📅 Bookings & Admin

• Manage artist schedules and our booking system

• Handle payments (cash, EDC machine, and Xendit)

• Maintain daily reports and general shop administration

🤝 Team Coordination

• Communicate daily with tattoo artists and staff

• Support smooth workflow, hygiene standards, and shop protocols

• Lead with calmness and confidence during busy moments

📲 Social Media Support

• Create simple Instagram Stories to showcase tattoos and operations

• Share real-time updates and moments from the shop floor

🎯 Shop Operations

• Open and close the shop reliably

• Maintain a professional environment focused on client safety and service

• Represent our brand values and reputation in every interaction

✅ Essential

• Strong English skills (spoken and written)

• Friendly and approachable personality

• Good organisation and multitasking abilities

• Ability to stay calm and problem-solve under pressure

⭐ Preferred

• Knowledge of tattoo styles and processes

• Experience with Instagram Stories or social media content

• Background in front desk, hospitality, or creative industries
