Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategy & Concept Development to strengthen our brand & promote development project
  • Campaign management to generat leads and riving sales for development projects.
  • Market research to identifiy target customer segments and undeerstands competitor dynamics
  • Stakeholfer Collaboration to ensure marketing strategies align with project specifications and sales objectives.
  • Budget Management manage the marketing budget for development projects, ensuring efficient allocations of resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Team leadership lead and mentor a team marketing professioals and creatives, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging professional growth.
  • Workflow and structure ensure the proper and efficient structurre and workflow of the marketing team to optimize productivity and effectiveness.

Qualification :

  • Advanced English is required , Speaking Mandarin is an Added Value
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, bussines administration, or, a related field
  • 5+ years experience a marketing manager or similar
  • proficient in traditional & digital marketing
