Master Data Management Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized active student to join our team as a Master Data Intern. This is a temporary clerical position focused on supporting the successful implementation of our new System. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our master data.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the creation, update, and maintenance of master data within the system.

• Follow up on data requests submitted through several systems.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather and clarify data requirements.

• Perform data quality checks and identify inconsistencies.

• Document processes and procedures related to master data management.

• Maintain clear and concise records of all activities.

Qualifications:

• Only for Undergraduate Students, from any major

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis.

• Prior experience with data management or document management systems.

• Demonstrated understanding of the English language (written and verbal).

• Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
