Job Description
Sales Channel Development
Actively explore new mining machinery sales channels, develop strategies to attract potential customers and establish long-term partnerships with potential customer managers or CEOs. Establish partnerships with local distributors, agents, retailers, etc. in Indonesia to expand the coverage of the mining machinery market.
In-depth research on the Indonesian market, analyze market trends, competitor conditions and potential sales opportunities, and develop sales channel development strategies that meet the characteristics of the local market.
Market Information Collection and Feedback
Pay close attention to Indonesian market dynamics, changes in industry policies and regulations, and the latest trends of competitors, collect relevant information and promptly feedback to the companys management.
Based on market information analysis, provide valuable suggestions for the companys product development, marketing and strategic planning, and help the companys continued development in the Indonesian market.
Customer Relationship Management
Responsible for establishing long-term, stable and in-depth cooperative relationships with existing local customers in Indonesia, regularly visit customers, deeply understand their business needs and pain points, and ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of sales channels, including the screening, evaluation, training and incentives of channel partners, to ensure that channel members can efficiently promote and sell company products or services.
Requirements
At least a degree from a Public University (UI, UGM, UNPAD, etc.). Any major is acceptable.
At least 5 years of business expansion and customer development experience, strong ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
Proficient in English (spoken and written) and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills in Indonesian.
Experience in Indonesian mining machinery related Industry, mechanical engineering and related fields is preferred, and relevant customer resources are preferred.
Good Exposures and having channels in mining machinery Industry.
Willing to travel domestically or internationally.
Proficient in Microsoft (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
