Nestlé Management Trainee (NMT) is a comprehensive 24-month program that aims to grow high-potential talent that possesses adaptive skills and a growth mindset in order to become the future leaders.

PHASES:

1. ONBOARDING: Exposing trainees about Nestlés principles, values, and business conduct
2. IMMERSION: Exposure to Nestlés end-to-end value chain
3. ADVANCING EXPOSURE: Assignment in chosen area

SEE IF YOU QUALIFY

• Fresh graduates (S1/D4 with maximum graduation October 2025)
• Professionals with maximum of 2 years of experience
• Strong business acumen and willingness to be assigned across Indonesia
• Strong sense of leadership, growth mindset, resilience, and agility to adapt to rapid business change
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
