Nutrition Support Staff (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:🔹 Administrative & Operational Support -Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. -Assist with cross-functional coordination and data management tasks.🔹 BPOM Application, Tracking, and Update Management -Manage the submission, tracking, and updating of BPOM applications. -Maintain communication with BPOM officers to monitor progress and resolve issues in a timely manner. -Provide internal updates on application status and ensure alignment with current BPOM regulations.🔹 Document Translation Support -Translate internal training materials and operational documents from Bahasa Indonesia to English or Mandarin. -Ensure translations are accurate, clear, and aligned with company tone and standards.
Qualifications: ✅ Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, and English (spoken and written) ✅ Strong attention to detail and proficiency in handling documentation and data ✅ Experience with BPOM regulatory processes will preferred ✅ Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
