Operational Manager

• Contribute to the companys development of innovations, long-term strategies, objectives, and plans.
• Develop and strengthen working relationships with other departments and peers.
• Participate in the design process of new projects by providing budget, schedule, and constructability input.
• Working with the development team, engage, direct, and manage architects, construction/consultant companies, outside project managers and other project participants as needed to complete projects on time, within budget and to the targeted quality standards.
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variance, and initiating corrective action, and report on financial performance regularly
• Ensure the sales team is fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities, and are provided with full support in achieving these, in terms of communication, training and development, and the organization of the departments workload.
• Liaison with the Corporate Marketing and Sales team.
• Manage and track project pay requests, invoicing, change orders and conformance to approved project budget.

• At least a bachelors degree in civil engineering
• 10+ years experience in the property industry with focus on Furniture project
• Capable to handle sales and marketing.
• Comprehend Finance and Accounting.
• Comprehend Design and Estimator.
• Comprehend Human Resource and Purchasing.
• Comprehend Operation and Production.
• Discipline, energetic, and target oriented
• Willing to work at Cileungsi
