Profile

• Bachelors degree in operations management, business administration, or related field; masters preferred
• 8+ years experience in operations management or leadership
• Strong knowledge of store operations and quality control
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
• Driven with solid business and commercial acumen
• Skilled in planning, process management, and team execution
