About the role

  • Meeting deadlines and revising scripts as needed to align with production requirements
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior writers to foster their creative development

What were looking for

  • Proven track record of writing engaging short-form drama scripts, with a strong portfolio of previous work
  • Excellent storytelling abilities and a deep understanding of character development, dialogue, and pacing
  • Thorough knowledge of the performing arts industry and current trends in short-form drama
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a production team and incorporate feedback effectively
  • Strong time management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
