Gentem Indonesia is looking for a Personal Assistant who will serve as the crucial link between our CEOs vision and day-to-day execution. In this role, youll be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps our leadership operating at peak efficiency while contributing to our mission of transforming education across Indonesia.

The Role

As Personal Assistant, youll create the structure and systems that allow our CEO to focus on strategic priorities. Your attention to detail, forward thinking, and ability to anticipate needs will make you invaluable to both the CEO and the broader organization.

• Keep the CEOs schedule running like clockwork - from meeting coordination to travel arrangements.
• Ensure important decisions and action items dont fall through the cracks.
• Handle sensitive correspondence and prepare materials that reflect our professional standards.
• Coordinate logistics including transportation and daily operations.
• Manage expense tracking, reimbursements, and administrative processes.
