PT. SINOTRANS CSC INDONESIA is a growing and dynamic freight forwarding and third-party logistics provider in Indonesia. We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced PPJK Custom Clearance to join our team.

Description

Requirement

  • Must possess a valid PPJK certificate.

  • Strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Fluent in English, (Mandarin is a plus).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customs clearance processes for import and export shipments.

  • Prepare and process import/export documentation accurately and timely.

  • Coordinate with customs officials, shipping lines, and other related parties.

  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

  • Provide excellent customer service.
