Job Descriptions:
- Prepare project data for feasibility study calculations in accordance with company standards. Regularly compile and analyze project development reports in the residential BSD area.
- Create, process, and analyze the annual sales plan for budget preparation.
- Prepare and check architectural drawings required for producing promotional brochures and mock-ups. Product Planning & Project Analysis.
- Architectural Design and Implementation Coordination.
- Consultant Collaboration and Evaluation.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelors degree in architecture,
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and/or architectural design of residential projects, or in architectural consultancy,
- Ability to analyze market and technical data to inform product decisions,
- Accustomed to collaborating with design, marketing, and construction teams,
- Expert to using AutoCAD, Ms Project and Ms. Office,
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
