PT Linyang Energy Cemerlang is a newly established subsidiary of LINYANG GROUP, a global leader in smart energy technologies headquartered in China. With decades of experience in smart metering, clean energy, and digital energy systems, LINYANG is expanding into Southeast Asia. Our Indonesian operation serves as a key regional hub for client-centric product development, combining world-class technology with local market insights.
As we build our presence in Indonesia, we are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about solving real customer problems and translating market insights into impactful energy solutions.
Job Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership : Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with company goals and meets market and customer needs.
• Market & Customer Focus: Conduct in - depth market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitors‘ information to identify the new opportunities. Prioritize customer requirements, build strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
• Cross - Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, sales, marketing teams to ensure successful product launches, development that adheres to customer requirements, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Go - to - Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and launch plans. Train sales teams on products, monitor market performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Business Analysis: Develop business cases for new product initiatives, including pricing strategies and ROI analyses, while staying updated on industry regulations.
Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, preferably in electricity metering, smart energy , or a related technology sectors.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IoT, smart grid solutions, relevant industry standards, and electricity metering technologies.
Skills and Competencies
• Technical Expertise: In - depth understanding of electricity metering, IoT platforms, and energy management systems.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and performance metrics for informed decision - making.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Mandarin for effective cross - functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and cultures (China -Indonesia Context a plus)
