Product Manager

In addition, Via.com collaborates with more than 5,000 companies and also engages directly with consumers through Indonesian e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage daily product development activities, including setting goals, adjusting schedules, and prioritizing tasks.

2. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Business Development teams to create, maintain, and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog.

3. Implement best practices and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in product development processes.

4. Ensure the delivery of high-quality products through robust quality assurance processes.

5. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to define product features and develop metrics to measure their impact.

6. Draft detailed specifications for new features and enhancements.

7. Effectively manage and communicate with stakeholders across various levels and functions.

8. Demonstrate a strong drive to achieve objectives and influence others. 

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) in a relevant field (Business, Project Management, Computer Science, etc.).

2. Proficiency in English is essential.

3. At least 2 years of experience in product development and API integration, preferably within the travel industry.

4. Prior experience in e-commerce is highly desirable.

5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.

7. Willing to do Work From Office at Pakarti Centre, Tanah Abang Jakarta Pusat
