Position Summary
As the Loyalty & Retention Lead, you will be responsible for driving user engagement and long-term value through strategic loyalty initiatives, referral programs, and retention-focused features. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and data — requiring both creative thinking and analytical rigor. You will play a key role in shaping how users interact with our ecosystem, ensuring they not only stay, but actively advocate for our brand. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about delivering measurable user impact, especially in fintech or fast-paced digital industries.
ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end strategy and execution of user loyalty programs and retention features across multiple markets.
Design and manage referral programs, gamification mechanics, and engagement loops tailored to our users.
Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning, including feature positioning, messaging, and adoption campaigns.
Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to build and optimize user-facing features.
Conduct competitor analysis, user research, and funnel analysis to identify retention opportunities.
Collaborate with Data & Growth teams to define KPIs, set success metrics, and run experiments to validate hypotheses.
Work with Creative, CRM, and Customer Support teams to launch multi-channel campaigns that promote program adoption.
Monitor campaign performance and user feedback, continuously iterating to improve outcomes.
Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements, especially across fintech and remittance workflows.
Minimum 4-6+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact.
Prior experience in fintech, banking, payments, or digital remittance is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to lead both strategy and execution across cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data tools and generating actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to write clear user messaging and present to leadership effectively.
Demonstrated success in launching user-facing features or programs with strong engagement and adoption metrics.
