Production Assistant Manager (Pumps)

What youll be doing

• Assist the Production Manager in planning, organising, and coordinating the daily production activities for the pumps manufacturing process

• Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control measures to identify and address any bottlenecks or issues

• Liaise with the Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and machinery

• Provide training and guidance to production team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

• Analyse production data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and drive process optimisation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Supply Chain, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers

What were looking for

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar production or manufacturing role, preferably in the pumps or mechanical equipment industry

• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and quality control processes

• Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example

• Adaptable to changes and committed to continuous improvement
