About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our talented team at PT Simple Journey Indonesia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex projects that are critical to the growth and expansion of our business. This full-time position is based in Tangerang, Banten.

What youll be doing

  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resources to ensure successful and on-time delivery

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute and monitor project activities

  • Manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies

  • Communicate progress, challenges and recommendations to project stakeholders

  • Implement effective project management methodologies and best practices

  • Mentor and guide junior members of the project team

What were looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Information & Communication Technology industry

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects

  • Excellent planning and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Information Technology or a related field
