Position Overview

Were seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end production of projects. Youll be the maestro behind the scenes, ensuring every project is delivered on time, and with the creative spark our audience loves. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning ideas into polished, impactful stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Orchestration: Plan, execute, and monitor project production timelines from concept to release
• Team Coordination: Liaise with the different teams to keep workflows seamless and aligned with deadlines
• Quality Control: Ensure projects meet brand standards, accuracy (compliance, if any), and audience engagement goals
• Problem-Solving: Proactively address bottlenecks to keep projects on track
• Innovation: Collaborate with creatives and keep in touch with trends to stay relevant
• Reporting: Track progress, budgets, and post-launch metrics to refine processes and celebrate wins

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years in project management
• Having experience in media production, podcasts, or digital content is a plus
• A knack for organisation—you live for Gantt charts, Trello boards, or Asana timelines
• Stellar communication skills to navigate feedback and keep stakeholders in sync
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation
• Plus if you have passion for financial storytelling

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Background in project management or equivalent
• Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
• Is a good communicator
• Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Organised and has strong follow-up skills
