Public Relations Specialist

Job Description:

• Build and maintain a positive company image among media, investors, regulators, and the public.

• Monitor industry issues related to fintech and peer-to-peer lending, developing responsive strategies.

• Maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and relevant stakeholders.

• Draft and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR content.

• Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and media briefings.

• Develop corporate communication materials (presentations, press kits, newsletters, etc.).

• Collaborate with related team for branding campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.

• Plan and manage corporate events (webinars, conferences, CSR programs, etc.).

• Establish partnerships with industry associations, regulators (OJK), and financial communities.

• Assist in developing crisis communication strategies when needed.

• Respond to negative issues swiftly and professionally.

• Track media coverage and prepare PR performance reports.

Requirement:

• Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience as a PR Specialist/Officer, preferably in fintech, banking, or startups.

• Strong media network (relations) and understanding of Indonesias media landscape.

• Proficient in writing press releases and PR content in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Having a good copywriting, content creation and social media awareness.

• Proficient using tools: Microsoft Office, Media Monitoring Tools, Canva etc. would be an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, crisis management, and multitasking skills.

• Familiarity with OJK regulations on fintech/P2P lending will be a plus.
