PURCHASING IMPORT
Our group company, PT. Satu Atlas Indonesia currently looking for a Purchasing Import Staff with details bellow,
Requirements:1. Minimum Bachelors Degree from any majors2. Shall have min 2 years of experiences in purchasing, especially in export and import3. Have a good negotiation skills4. Able to build good relationships with various parties and collaborate with internal stakeholders5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)6. Able to organize work by prioritizing tasks7. Proficient in English, both spoken or written (TOEFL min 450 is preffered)8. Willing to placement in Kedoya, West Jakarta
Responsibilities:1. Manage end to end import purcheses from foreign vendors2. Actively communicate and negotiate with principals regarding prices and lead time3. Arrange shipping schedules with forwarders and ensure good delivered in timely manner4. Review all import documents such as PIB, packing list, shipping documents, etc5. Coordinate with cross function, such as finance, warehouse, sales etc6. Prepare import realization reports in system
