QC Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the quality control team to ensure the highest standards of product quality and safety are maintained throughout the production cycle.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing of engines and heavy equipment products.
• Identify and address any quality issues, working closely with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, providing insight and recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards in all quality control processes.
• Continuously assess and improve QC processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to address quality-related concerns and ensure product satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality control, particularly in engines, heavy equipment, or automotive products.
• Solid knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, ideally in a manufacturing or heavy equipment environment.
• Experience in overseeing the quality of engines or power supply systems is highly preferred.
• Candidates with automotive industry experience will also be considered.
• Candidates at the Supervisor level seeking progression are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
