School Director and English Teacher (Primary or Middle School)

Requirements:

• - A committed member of the Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Church, demonstrating strong moral values, integrity, and the potential to serve as a positive role model.

• - Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within a school environment.

• - Minimum Bachelors degree related to education, masters preferred.

• - Proficiency in both English and Indonesian; proof of English proficiency (e.g., TOEFL or IELTS) is preferred.

• - Demonstrated ability to lead with kindness, purpose, and clarity, while being adaptable and effective under pressure.

• - Solid background in curriculum development and team mentoring.

• - Skilled in organizing events, from planning to execution.

• - Experienced in managing budgets, with the ability to produce accurate, transparent, and integrity-driven financial reports.

• - Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain a peaceful, positive, and supportive environment.

• - Strong understanding of school administration, operations, and compliance

• - Strong research skills to support lesson planning and instructional development
