Quality Control (Cikupa)

Main Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, inspect, and report the condition of the manufacturing facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with the company, food safety, and HAS regulations.

• Control and monitor product quality from the raw materials to final products, in compliance with GMP, HACCP, and HAS.

• Completes tasks thoroughly and accurately to ensure compliance with the company, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Identifies, reports, and documents if and when there is a deviation from the company, quality, food safety, and HALAL standards.

• Conduct Food Safety and Quality verification programs in support of the quality objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Food Technology (or similar) with a minimum of 1 year experience as a Quality Control in the Food & Beverage Industry.

• Experience in regulated food processing and services with familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.

• Experience in gathering, recording, and reporting on operational and quality metrics.

• Basic knowledge of food safety and quality systems, food hygiene, and HALAL assurance systems.

• Awareness of basic food safety, quality, and compliance standards; with an understanding of continuous improvement programs.

• Knowledge of risk assessment and root cause analysis, with the ability to recommend and implement solutions.

• Basic data processing and analysis skills via Microsoft Windows and Internet applications.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.

• Ability to work independently and within a team; to learn and manage work priorities.

• Willing to work in shift hours and will be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang.
