Recruitment & Employee Branding
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage recruitment documentation (e.g., interview schedules, assessment results, offer letters).
Support internal audit processes by ensuring proper documentation and filing.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Develop and implement employer branding strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, etc.).
Create engaging content that reflects company culture (e.g., employee testimonials, behind-the-scenes videos, reels).
Support internal initiatives that promote employee advocacy and culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment and/or Employer Branding.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment metrics.
Creative mindset with experience managing social media content.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Up-to-date with trends in talent acquisition and employer branding.
Preferred Skills:
Basic graphic design or video/movie editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
