Recruitment & Training Senior Staff

To support the organizations growth by executing full-cycle recruitment processes and assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of employee training programs. This role ensures talent acquisition is timely and effective while contributing to the upskilling of employees through structured learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various levels of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop job descriptions.

• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.

• Conduct initial interviews and facilitate interview scheduling with relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain recruitment data, update applicant tracking systems (ATS), and generate recruitment reports.

• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.

• Coordinate internal and external training sessions, including scheduling, invitations, and logistics.

• Assist in identifying training needs through feedback, performance data, or business requirements.

• Support onboarding programs and ensure new hires receive consistent orientation and guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and/or training, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize, organize tasks, and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.

• Analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
