Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, understanding their objectives and guiding them toward suitable solutions.
  • Handling client communication by various channels (telephone, WhatsApp, electronic mail).
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships by meeting & reporting regularly.
  • Anticipate client needs & complaints.
  • Resolve client issues by coordination to other internal units.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree of any major.
  • 2 to 3 years of experiences as a Relationship Officer or any related job
  • Excellent communication & presentation skill
  • Strong problem-solving & analytical abilities

Working Arrangement : Work From Office (WFO)
