Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Research and Development Supervisor to join our team. As a Research and Development Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the research and development activities related to the production of SNACK products. This includes conducting research, developing new product formulations, improving existing products, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. This is a full-time on-site role located in Kecamatan Karawaci, allowing you to contribute directly to our companys success and growth.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree Food Technology/Nutrition or equivalent.

  • Required skill(s): Product Formulation, Food Safety & Quality Management System

  • AT LEAST 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Preferably in food manufacturing industry, especiall) (its a must!)

  • Possess technical expertise in snack products, coating peanut or coating, and products derived from grains, nuts, or similar ingredients.

  • Good analytical thinking, innovative and creative

  • Experienced in making costing for new product

  • Willing to be placed in Karawaci - Tangerang
