Retail Credit & Digital Strategy Department Head

Requirements:

·        Minimum Bachelor Degree

·        At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

·        Preferably background from banking industries, multifinance or fintech

·        Strong background in managing retail credit portfolios (e.g., personal loans, payroll loan, KTA business)

·        Experience leading or participating in digital transformation projects, especially in lending or digital banking

·        Have a strict mind to manage staff and obey a principle and regulator

·        English fluent both oral and written

Job Description:

·        Develop and execute retail credit growth strategies, aligned with the companys business goals

·        Lead the digitalization of credit products, including development of digital lending platforms and automation of credit processes

·        Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for retail lending and digital innovation

·        Manage team that include the sales planning unit, sales acquisition unit and channeling unit

·        Prepare regular business performance reports for senior management and regulators

·        Ensure all credit and digital initiatives comply with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., OJK, BI)

·        Develop unsecured loan product (KTA) and new sales strategy

·        Maintain and cooperation with sales partners including loan agencies, loan aggregators and payroll loan partners
