RETAIL SALES

we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales professional to join our team in : our Head office at West Jakarta / our distributor at west java/ our distributor at Palembang. As a Retail Sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

1. What youll be doing- Explaining our products to customers, highlighting key features and benefits Responding to customer inquiries and handling any issues in a timely and professional manner-Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and goals-Mapping / canvassing to find new outlets / distributors-Building good relationships with store owners / agents / distributors-Follow up on stock owned by the shop/agent-Experience in selling in & selling out

2. What were looking for

   -Have experience as retail sales (taking order) especially in the field of building materials / sanitary / plumbing-Proven experience in handling customers especially shop owners / agents / distributors, preferably in the -field of building materials / sanitary / piping/ plumbing-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion to provide exceptional customer service-Strong sales analysis and ability to identify and meet customer needs-Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately-Have extensive relations especially in the Jabodetabek area for retail stores of building materials
