Sales - Business Development

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales - Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, crafting tailored solution proposals, and driving end-to-end sales processes. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and supporting the growth of our warehouse technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and strategic plans.

  • Create tailored solution proposals based on client needs and requirements.

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process including negotiation and deal closure.

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities.

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with ethical standards and company policies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and competitors.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.25.

  • Preferably 2-5 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with exceptional achievements are also encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.

  • Familiarity or experience with ERP, Logistics, Supply Chain processes, Warehousing, and B2B sales.

  • Proactive, communicative, and highly motivated.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva.

  • Strong team player with the ability to contribute, lead, and take responsibility.

  • Work location in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
