Sales Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimal D3 majoring in Engineering

• From Reputable University, with minimum GPA 3.0

• Good communication skill in English both Oral and Written

• Good knowledge and understanding of Measuring & Dimension Drawing, Quality and Production Process, trouble shooting, AutoCAD, and capable in SOLID WORK, Adobe Illustrator

• Good knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001

• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Well-Organized, able to cooperate effectively and Good Communication Skill

• Willing to be placed in Bekasi, Jawa Barat

 Job Responsibilities:

• He/she holds full responsibility in achieving annual sales targets. Every sale shall be contributing good profit level with respect to the product sold.

• Identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

• Having sounds technically understanding on identifying end-users machinery application and/or end-user requirements.

• Pursuing proactive customer visits to create opportunities and establish professional relationship with end customers Identify and develop distribution for designated products and markets, as appropriate.

• Provide adequate activity planning and reporting

• Observe trends on applications and new technologies in our target market

• Provide product or application training to customers or other sales channels

Technical Competence & Skills:

• Understanding of manufacturing process, excellent communication skills, strong technically sound understanding, and having sales drive mentality.

• Good negotiation, influencing and follow up skills

• Good and communicative presentation skills

• Computer literacy and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software 

Leadership Competence:

• Self-motivated and result orientated

• Self-starter and able to work under minimum supervision

• Eager to learn, quick understanding

• Potential leadership skills

Relevant Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in relevant applications (either filtration or general industry)

• Diploma degree or above in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, food science or equivalent. Vocational High School with at least 3-years sales experience in filtration industry are also welcome.

• Proven track record of sales

• Experience in a technical sales role or appreciation of technical products in a commercial environment selling into the process industries
