Job Qualification :

  1. Min. Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineer.

  2. Experiences as a Site Manager in Civil Construction (Factory/Building) minimum 5 Years.

  3. Max. age at 45 y/o

  4. Professional Decision Maker Person as a Site Manager.

  5. Having worked in a Japanese company.

  6. Know How to Use AUTOCAD, Project Management System .

  7. Know how to manage time, leadership and communicate well.

Job Desc :

  1. Controlling and making report of: Project scheduleProject budgetShop drawing

  2. Control Project progress :Contribute to project performance.Making good relation in order to fill owner request.Supervising and controlling construction work, including lead the engagement team to ensure that it meets the requirement of quality, budget and timeliness.Maintaining regular liason with customer, subcontractor and supplier to ensure that the service meets the customer requirements.Regularly review and analyze the project expenditure as a feedback to deliver the service in the most cost effective manner.Responsible for safety and health in the scope of works.
